I wanted to take the time to send some words of encouragement out to you all and reassure you that despite this epidemic lasting longer than what many of us hoped for. I also wanted to let you know that starting next Monday September 21st, 2020 we are going to start implementing a new model for our estimates. We have decided to offer these different options because more than one of you has requested for a way to be able to have their estimates done quicker, secure a slot for a date/time that is not open and such.
The new model will work as follow:
- Bronze: Estimates under this category can be booked in our website by following the link below:

They can be Onsite or Virtual and you can choose any available date/time that shows as open there. Once we come out to do your estimate it will take between a week and two for the written estimate to be send to you. There is no cost for this service.
- Silver: Estimates under this category can be booked in our website by following the link below:
https://www.amccontracting.com/book-online
They can be Onsite or Virtual and you can choose any available date/time that shows as open there or request a date/time that works best for you within 72 hrs of your initial contact. Once we come out to do your estimate it will take up to 72 hrs for the written estimate to be send to you. The cost for this service will be $100.00, which will be credited back to you if your hire us for a project which is $1,000.00 or more.
- Gold: Estimates under this category can be booked in our website by following the link below:

They can be Onsite or Virtual and you can choose any available date/time that shows as open there or request a date/time that works best for you within 24 hrs of your initial contact. Once we come out to do your estimate it will take up 24 hrs for the written estimate to be send to you. The cost for this service will be $150.00, which will be credited back to you if your hire us for a project which is $1,000.00 or more.
All estimates related to Home Inspection Reports that require an itemized estimate to be produce before the Due Diligence Period is over will have a fee of $150.00, which will be credited back to you if your hire us for a project which is $1,000.00 or more.
